地震数字化时代的到来,要求台站的管理必须适应这个巨大的变化。本文结合乌鲁木齐基准台的实际情况,探讨台站管理的新方向和新要求,提出在数字化时代的管理过程中,要及时转变观念、更新思想。坚持监测与科研同步进行,既要产出优质资料,又要充分使用资料,吸引高科技人才,提高台站的整体科研水平;要不断完善各项制度,把“以人为本”的管理理念贯彻始终,加强领导,搞好团结;要拓宽台站的服务范围,增收节支,努力改善台站的工作环境。在新的历史时期,全面加强台站的现代化建设,不断开拓创新,再铸辉煌。

The arrival of an era of digitalized seismic observation cries for seismic station management that adapt to the drastic changes. Based on the situation of Urumqi Basic Seismic Station, this paper discusses the new trends and requirements for station management, pointing out that management in digital era demands for timely concept updating. It emphasizes the integration of monitoring and scientific research, the perfection of various rules and regulations and unceasing efforts to improve the working environment.
