高职人才培养的三层架构

Three-Layer Structure of Vocational Higher Eduction

本文作者针对高职人才培养工作中存在的质量问题,通过对课程的跟踪和分析,提出了课堂文化、最佳衔接教学模式等细节化的概念和操作,在此基础上提炼出高职人才培养的三层架构,指出实施培养工程可以提高高职人才培养工作的质量,并认为培养要目标清晰化,培养模式要多样化,培养工程要细节化。

In view of the quality problems in vocational higher education, the author has developed a 3-layer structure for vocational education on the basis of classroom culture; the best-joint teaching method, etc., pointing out that the vocational education implementing engineering will raise the training quality. Besides, the paper proposes further that the education aim be highlighted, its modes diversified and its procedures detailed.
