摘要
利用分子蒸馏技术对肉桂油分离提纯肉桂醛工艺技术条件进行了研究.用GC-MS对分离物中肉桂醛含量进行分析,确定了用分子蒸馏技术分离提取高纯度、高收率的肉桂醛的适宜工艺条件为:蒸馏压力100Pa、蒸馏温度60℃、物料流量1滴/s、刮膜蒸馏转速370~390 r/min、冷却水温度4~5℃.在此工艺条件下肉桂醛含量从原料的88.78%提高到95.17%,肉桂醛的收率为83.08%.
A process for preparing cinnamaldehyde from cassia oil with using molecular distillation was investigated. The optimum conditions of the process for obtaining high-purity and recovery cinnamaldehyde were determined by (analyzing) the relative content of cinnamaldehyde with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry system (GC-MS).The results showed that the process would be feasible and prospect for industry.
