摘要
以昌河爱迪尔轿车翼子板的生产工艺为例,介绍了一种新的翼子板生产工艺,重点提出了一种内翻边运动机构——转动斜楔,以及与传统的内翻边运动机构——双向斜楔相对比较,介绍其结构上的特点,并说明了这一新工艺在提高产品质量和生产效率方面的作用。
A case study of the technical characteristic of the fender of the IDEAL car,which is made by Changhe Automobile Co.,Ltd,is presented,and a novel production technology of the fender is introduced with the emphasis on the new varus framework-the running inclined wedge. The new varus framework is compared with the old one-the double direction motivation inclined wedge. With the novel production technology,the product quality can be guaranteed and the production effi are also discussed.
