The problem of system water disequilibrium and quantity improvement of SO42-, which was caused by improving mixing proportion of bittern for insufficient supply of raw salt, and its counter-measures were introduced. After improvement of electrolysis process, demirabilite and determination of high mixing proportion of bittern, was improved, production cost was reduced.
