制冰技术研究的新进展 被引量:3

摘要 本文介绍了连续式制冰方式和动态制冰方式制冰技术的最新发展状况,并从溶液的冻结模拟、冰晶的形成机理以及冰蓄冷中脱冰的特性等方面论述制冰特性的研究进展,最后文章对制冰技术的发展作了一些展望。
