The scientific and standard running forms of the legal person is the key point of modern enterprises system. Improving the legal person's running forms in state-owned enterprises is a necessary measure to deepen the reform of the state-owned enterprises. This paper analyzes the important roles that the perfect legal person's running forms of the state-owned enterprises play in terms of reforming state-owned enterprises and changing the running mechanism, lists the present major problems with the legal person's running forms in state-owned enterprises and suggests possible strategies and measures to improve the legal person's running forms in state-owned enterprises.
