摘要
文章以一种屏压机的转台及其传动机构为研究对象 ,为确保该大型回转部件的运动精度和平稳性 ,采用以双伺服电机同步驱动取代传统的液压伺服驱动的设计方案。为了在设计阶段对其动力学性能进行分析与预测 ,首先通过三维CAD软件进行机构的三维实体建模和虚拟装配 ,然后对机构进行了多刚体动力学仿真分析 ,并且对多种驱动方案进行仿真与分析 ,为今后的设计与生产提供必要的参考。
The paper is based on rotational parts of a kind of Screen Press machine tool. In order to guarantee the kinematics precision and stability of large rotational part, the technology of dual servo motor synchronous dive is adopted instead of conventional hydraulic servo drive. In order to analyze and predict the performances of the driving system, firstly, geometry models of the driving systems are created and assembled by three dimensional CAD software. Afterwards, the kinematical simulations of the driving system are done by the multi body dynamic analysis method. Various drive schemes are simulated and analyzed. It will also give essential references to the further design and production.
