摘要
目前模糊控制和PID控制等各种控制器都有其不足 ,文章提出了一种基于专家知识、Bang -Bang控制、模糊控制和PID控制相结合的多模态控制方法 ,在理论分析的基础上建立了控制规则 ,并以非线性的切削加工过程为对象 ,进行仿真实验。结果表明 ,其超调量和调节时间明显优于模糊控制 ,超调量和加工速度显著优于PID控制 ,而且此方法具有很好的鲁棒性 ,是一种值得广泛推广的新方法。
A new multimode controlling method is put forward in the paper based on expert knowledge, Bang-Bang arithmetic, fuzzy control and PID control, and its control rules are established through theory analysis, a conclusion was drew from the simulation on non-linear cutting process that the overshot and adjusting time were obviously reduced compared with fuzzy control and the overshot and cutting rate are better than that of PID control. What's more, the new method is robust, so it can be applied wide.
