摘要
数控机床的参考点 ,是相对于机床零点设置的一个固定位置 ,是联系机床坐标系和工件坐标系的关系点 ,机床每次起动后 ,首先要使机床回归参考点 ,然后再对零件进行加工。目前 ,数控机床完成回归参考点运动的检测元件通常为增量式脉冲编码器 ,即通过检测转角来确定机床工作台移动的距离。数控机床能否准确回归参考点 ,将影响机床的加工精度 ,本文对当前数控机床常见的参考点回归方式进行了阐述和归纳 ,并结合实例对机床回参考点过程中出现的故障进行了分析。
The reference point of machine tool is a relative fixed position to the zero point setting of the machine tool. It is the connecting point to combine the machine tool coordinate system with the industrial part coordinate system. After you start machine tool, you should make machine tool go back to the reference point first and then process the parts. At present, the control component of machine tool going back to the reference point moving is incremental impulse coder in common. That is to decide the moving distance of machine tool working by testing turning angle. It will affect the accuracy of machine tool process if numerical control machine tool can go back to the reference point accurately or not. The article states the common types of going back to the reference point at present and analyzes the common breakdowns during the period of its going back to the reference point with some real examples.
