小麦子粒戊聚糖含量及与蛋白质含量关系研究 被引量:10

摘要 2001~2002年在河南师范大学小麦试验田选用有代表性的18个小麦品种作为试验材料,分析了不同品种小麦子粒总戊聚糖含量、水溶性戊聚糖含量和蛋白质含量。结果表明,品种间总戊聚糖含量、水溶性戊聚糖含量和蛋白质含量均存在极显著差异;蛋白质含量与水溶性戊聚糖含量存在极显著负相关关系。采用最远距离法对参试的18个小麦品种子粒的戊聚糖、水溶性戊聚糖以及蛋白质含量进行聚类分析,结果聚为三类。
