摘要
本文首先给出典型的柔性制造系统(FMS)结构和典型的工件加工工序,并介绍与FMS可靠性有关的基本概念。在此基础上,作者运用SLAM网络模型对该系统进行仿真评估,给出系统平均无故障时间(MTBF)、可用度和有效生产率,并考察了该系统的各组成单元可靠性因素变化对整个系统的影响。作者认为:SLAM网络建模和仿真是研究FMS可靠性的一种有效手段。
In this paper,the typical structure of FMSs(Flexible Manufacturing System)and the typical operational sequence of parts are presented,and some basic concepts on FMS reliability are introduced briefly.The SLAM network model is used to simulate and evaluate the FMS reliability,and the MTBF as well as the availability and efficient productivity are presented.At last the effect of changing several reliability factors for some units on the whole system is discussed.The author is sure that the SLAM network modelling and simulation is a very useful tool for studying FMS reliability.
