摘要
主要探讨了阻燃抑烟软PVC材料的配方设计 ,通过改变Al(OH) 3 /Mg(OH) 3 的配比 ,及包覆红磷、硼酸锌的用量 ,观察PVC阻燃效果的变化 ,并综合其力学性能与流动性能的变化情况 ,最终确定阻燃剂的最佳组合及最佳配比。
The prescription design of small smoke and flame-retardant PVC material by filling Al(OH)_3/Mg(OH)_2, red phosphorus, ZB into the compounds to improve the property of small smoke and flame-retardant was described. The result showed that mechanical properties and flowing properties of the blends system of proper prescription was also ideal.
