Recovery of the Waste Resource from the Synthesis of 4-Nitroacetophenone

提供了从对硝基苯乙酮生产中的废渣回收对硝基苯甲酸的一种简便方法 ,且具有较大的经济价值。将废渣溶解于碱溶液中 ,通过析晶分离得对硝基苯甲酸钠盐 ,经重结晶精制后中和得纯度99%以上的对硝基苯甲酸 ,收率在 72 %左右。

A simple method was given in this paper for recycling the waste produced in the process of synthesis of 4-Nitroacetophenone. And it has good economic value. The waste reacted with alkali solution, and the sodium salt of 4-nitrobenzoic acid crystals was obtained. The purified 4-Nitrobenzoic acid [pNBA] was produced by re-crystallization the crystals, and neutralization the solution of refined sodium salt of pNBA. The purity of pNBA was more than 99 %, and the yield was about 72 %.
