用PLC实现空分分子筛吸附器切换控制系统的改造

Modification of the Switching Control System for Molecular Sieve Absorber by PLC

针对合成空分分子筛吸附器采用的气动控制系统所存在的问题 ,提出了用PLC实现对分子筛吸附器切换控制系统的改造方案 ,并给出控制系统框图。

The problems of the pneumatic control system for molecular sieve absorber in the synthesis air separator were analysed. Modification of the switching control system for molecular sieve absorber by PLC was put forward. The control system block diagram was gained.
