系统工程与技术经济分析

Systems Engineering and Techno-Economic Analysis

本文从实际工作角度论述了系统工程的性质、作用、内涵和它所依据的系统观和方法论，着重叙述了系统分析和技术经济分析的基本内容、层次划分和相互关系。对于国内某些重要学术文献中有关技术经济论证的不甚适宜的解释，作者认为对指导实际工作不利，并提出了自己的看法。为推动系统工程的研究建设，还在结语中强调了几个重要的系统工程观点，可供研究参考。

In the view of practical work,discussed in this paper are the natures, functions and implications of systems engineering,and the ideological system and methodology on which systems engineering depends,with the fundamentals and stratifications of and the relations in systems analy sis and techno-economic analysis being emphasized.Some improper explanations on techno-eco·nomic verification found in some of the nation'sprominent academic literatures,are regarded as harmful for guiding the practical work by the auther,with the auther viewpoints presented.Some of important viewpoints on systems engineering are emphasized in the conclusion of the paper.
