摘要
９０年代将是宽带ＩＳＤＮ迅速发展的年代。本文介绍了国外Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ的发展动向，并结合我国、我军通信网的现状，对发展Ｂ－ＩＳＤＮ提出若干建议。
Since B-ISDN will reach a new stage of rapid development in 1990's,the status of the development of it abroad is introduced; and considering the present conditions of the communi-cation networks in our country and troop,the proposals for the development are also put forward.
