计算机技术的迅速发展、计算机应用的日益普及和大学计算机基础教育起点的提高使得高校计算机基础教育进入一个新的改革时期。从大学计算机基础教育的目标、课程体系和教学模式三个方面探讨了新时期计算机基础教育的改革,指出了高校计算机基础教育面临的挑战和机遇。

Thanks to the rapid development of computer technology, gradually popularizing of computer application and the improvement of start point of computer basic education in colleges and universities, the computer basic education in colleges and universities entered a new reform period. In this article, the author discusses the reform of computer basic education in the new period in three aspects: the objective of computer basic education in colleges and universities, curriculum system and teaching mode; put forward the challenge and opportunity that computer basic education is facing.
