This paper analysizes Job-hunting by Self-determination in four aspects: Firstly, Job-hunting by Self-determination is the product of necessity in the job-hunting method in the market economy. Secondly, it is a sword in two directions. Thirdly, it can collocate the graduates resources effectively. And fourthly, it means the graduates can set up their pioneering work initiatively. And this paper also sets out that the graduates ought to possess three aspects of fundamental moods: developing with the times, the newly idea of equality, obeying the trust and honesty, and developing the advantage to avoid the weakness.
