摘要
组织的素质、核心竞争力来源于学习。在组织中建立学习,是一个极其复杂的高级管理过程,需要实现一系列思维模式导向的转变。例如,把培养从个人到组织的学习意识和动力作为管理的首要对象,重视思维模式的匹配,重视计划型组织与自我型组织的平衡,强调管理智力资本的途径就是管理知识的社会化过程,改变对组织的领导者的评价方式。
Organizational diathesis and core compete force root in learning. The foundation of learning in organization is a most complicated management course which needs the transformation of a series of thinking modes. For example, the cultivation of learning consciousness and motivity are the chiefly management object, the matching of thinking patterns and the balance between arranged organization and self-organization must be stressed, the management track of intelligence capital is the management process of knowledge socialization, the evaluation fashion about organizational leaders must be changed, etc.
