摘要
针对边疆贫困地区初中英语教师专业基础水平不高、知识结构单一、教学观念滞后、教学手段落后等现实,结合边疆贫困地区基础教育课程教学改革及初中英语教师的培训实践,提出边疆贫困地区英语教师培训应该从学员实际出发,重视教学观念、专业基础、个体差异等方面的问题。
With the development of modern education , English teachers’ ideas and professional quality should be improved in the developing and frontier region, who face many challenges . In order to make teachers’ training more effective, different training models can be used together in practice.
