摘要
高校科研政策的导向,使处于科研弱势地位的公共体育在教学和科研上都受到了冲击.如何区别对待研究型和非研究型教学单位的科研地位,是一个急需解决的问题.作为高等普及教育的基础学科,公共体育的科研地位应从属于教学,同时对高校公共体育教师科研水平的评价也应是全面的和持久的.
Because of the guide of the policies on college scientific research, public physical education that is weak in scientific research is affected unfavorably in the fields of teaching and scientific research. It has been an urgent issue how to deal with the scientific research of a research-based institution and a non-research-based institution. As basic part of higher education, public physical education should attach importance to teaching first and then scientific research. The evaluation on the scientific research activities of a teacher of physical education should be all-sided and far-sighted.
