摘要
为防止飞机刹车副用炭 /炭(C/C)复合材料在刹车过程中氧化失效,研究了以磷酸、氧化硅和磷酸盐等为原料所制备的磷酸盐涂层的抗氧化性能,结果表明:涂覆有涂层的C/C复合材料在 700℃氧化 66h后,其氧化失重率仅为 1. 11%;涂层试样在 1 200℃氧化 5min后,失重率不超过 0. 8%;经 900℃、3min←→室温、2min100次热震后,涂层试件失重率为 1. 6%。涂层与基体结合牢固,一直保持完好,没有剥落,说明该涂料具有耐高温、热稳定性好等优点,适合作为C/C复合材料表面防氧化涂层。
With a view to the efficiency of coating in protecting the oxidation of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites used for airplane brake, a phosphate glass coating was made from phosphoric acid, silicon oxide, and phosphate, and the anti oxidation property of the resulting coating was investigated. It was found that the coated samples had a weight loss percent as low as 1.11% at 700 ℃ for 66 h and less than 0.8% at 1 200 ℃ for 5min, respectively, in atmosphere. Moreover, the weight loss percent of the coating subject to thermal shock from 900 ℃ to 25 ℃ for 100 times was 1.6%, and the coating was well adhered to the C/C composite substrate. This was because the as received phosphate glass coating had dense structure and was able to provide the C/C composites with good high temperature resistance and heat stability, which made it suitable to be used as the protection coating of the C/C composites for airplane brake.
