摘要
在pH值为 8. 0的Na2B4O7 HCl缓冲溶液中,微量铜(Ⅱ )对过氧化氢氧化等色染料离子对[TBF(BRB)2 ]的褪色反应具有催化作用,催化程度与Cu(Ⅱ)的浓度在 0~35μg/L范围内符合比耳定律。用萃取平衡控制反应时间和水中有机染料浓度,建立了一种测定Cu(Ⅱ)的萃取催化褪色光度法的新方法。方法的检出限量为 0. 10μg/L,该法已用于电镀废水中微量铜的测定,获得了满意的结果。
Trace copper(Ⅱ) is able to catalyze the decoloring reaction of isochromatic dyestuff ion pair (TBF(BRB)2) and hydrogen peroxide in the buffer solution of Na_2B_4O^-_7HCl at pH 8.0, and Beer's law is obeyed in the reaction process within a Cu(Ⅱ) concentration range of 0~35 μg/L. Thus a new extractive catalytic decoloration spectrophotometric method was established by controlling the reactive time and organic dye concentration in water making use of extraction balance. It was found that the developed method had a detection limit of0.10 μg/L and was satisfactorily applicable to determining the trace copper in electroplating wastewater.
