摘要
利用DYNA-2D有限元程序对敞口条件下岩石中的爆炸扩腔过程进行了模拟,与实际药壶爆破施工的扩腔条件相近,因此对爆破施工有非常重要的指导意义,完全可以用于深孔药壶爆破的优化设计,解决生产中“爆扩药量靠经验,腔体体积难估算”的问题,减少爆扩施工中的盲目性,对药壶爆破法的推广和爆炸扩腔理论完善均有重要的价值。
The numerical simulations displaying objectively the processes of rock fragmentation and chamber evolution in a spring blasting in different conditions are proved to agree with the experimental results by theoretical calculations. Such research findings show that LS-DYNA 2D software can be made available for design and optimization of the parameters of springing blasting. The problems of depending on experience in springing blasting and of hardly being calculated of the chamber volume could be solved by the numerical simulations, and the spring theory and the application of a springing technology are deveolped.
