学龄前儿童听觉诱发电位检查前准备

摘要 目的 了解不同年龄服药后的入睡时间 ,对比分段操作与连贯操作的成功率 ,找出最佳的检查前准备途径。方法 把患儿分成 0~ 1,~ 3,~ 6岁 3组 ,观察患儿口服水合氯醛后的入睡时间。把同年龄段患儿作为对照组 ,一组分段操作 (即预先清洁好皮肤 ,待患儿深睡后再做检查 ) ,另一组连贯操作 (即待患儿深睡后清洁皮肤 ,接着进行检查 ) ,比较两者的检查成功率。结果  0~ 1,~ 3,~ 6岁患儿服药后最佳入睡时间分别为 <2 0min、2 0~ 4 0min、>4 0min。分段操作的检查成功率为 91.6 7% ,连贯操作组的成功率只有 82 .87%。结论 按不同年龄合理安排患儿服药 ,做好检查前准备工作 ,对提高检查的质量和效率十分重要。 Objective\ To explore the hypnagogic time of different age groups and to compare the achievement ration of examination. Methods All children were divided into three groups according to their age and to observe their hypnagogic time after they take chloral hydrate orally. The age plotting was 0~1 years old、~3 years old and ~6 years old respectively. The same age children were divided into two groups in order to compare the achievement ration of examination.One group accepted segmenting manipulation (first clean skin after their sleeping, then exam the children).Another group accepted coherent manipulation (exam the children first, then clean skin after their sleeping). Results The hypnagogic time of different age groups were <20、20~40、>40 min respectively. The achievement ration of segmenting manipulation and coherent manipulation was 91.67% and 82.87% respectively. Conclusion It′s important to evaluate the quality and efficiency of examination that we reasonably arrange the administration time.
