摘要 目的: 评价高压氧对中重度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的疗效。方法: 将 35例患儿随机分为观察组、对照组。观察组 20例在常规治疗同时进行高压氧治疗, 每日 1次, 10d为一疗程, 平均 1 8个疗程。对照组仅进行常规治疗。结果: 治疗组有效率明显高于对照组, 疗效有显著差异。结论: 高压氧对中重度新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病疗效稳定, 无毒副作用, 值得推广。 Objective:To analyse hyperbaric oxygen therapy for moderate-to-severe hypoxic-ischaernic encephalopathy in full-term infant.Methods:35 full-term infants with moderate-to-severe hypoxic-ischaemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were received routine treatment.cases of 20 study group were also given hyperbaric oxygen therapy,once a day,ten times consist acourse.Results:Tile effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:The hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a sure effect without s/do-effect for nervous system injure in neonatal asphyxia.It is worth to be generalized.
