原位TiB_2/Ti_xAl_y复合材料的相组成和微观结构研究

摘要 采用纯Ti,B,Al粉末通过真空热压反应烧结,成功地制备了原位TiB_2增强的Ti_xAl_y金属间化合物基复合材料。结果表明,原位生长的TiB_2多为尺寸小于0.1μm的块状粒子,并在基体中呈现比较明显的偏聚,粒子与基体的界面结合是良好的。 n situ TiB2 particulate rein forced TixAly in termetallic compound matrix compo site was successfully fabricated by reaction sinter of pure Ti, B and Alpowders in vacuum.In-situ formed TiB2 with a size of less than 0. 1μm are block-like particulates and segregated obviously in the matrix. The interfacial bond between TiB2 particulate and matrix is good.
