摘要 采用电化学测试技术,研究了工业纯钛和Ti-0.3%Mo-0.8%Ni合金在25%NaCl和HCl沸腾溶液中的缝隙腐蚀行为。结果表明,由于合金元素Ni具有低的氢超电势,促进了阴极极化过程,从而提高了钝化能力,且缝内表面Ni的富集增强了膜的钝化稳定性,因此,Ti-0.3%Mo-0.8%Ni合金抗缝隙腐蚀性能优于工业纯钛。 The crevice corrosion resistance of corn m ercially pure titanium and Ti-0.3% Mo 0.8% Ni alloy in boiling 25% NaCl and HCl solution was studied with electrochemical techniques. The results indicated that the Ti-0.3% Mo-0.8% Ni alloy have much better crevice corrosion resistance than commercially pure titanium. It is mainly related with the low hydrogen overpotential of the nickel which promoted the cathode polarization, increased the passivation ability. The nickel enriched in the internal crevice surface enhanced. the stability of passive film.
