老年人鼻出血59例临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of 59 patients with Elders Nasal Bleeding

目的:了解老年人鼻出血的临床特点,探讨老年人鼻出血的防治对策。方法:回顾性分析我院1998年1月至2004年6月59例老年人鼻出血的临床资料。结果:老年人鼻出血以秋冬季为多,饮食不当可为其诱因。老年人鼻出血常并发高血压(69.5%)和/或变应性鼻炎(23.7%)等全身或局部性疾病,其中45.8%的患者同时合并两个或以上的其它疾病。止血治疗以填塞为主。结论:老年人鼻出血患者因常合并多种其它疾病,临床上处理存在更大难度和风险,详细分析患者的临床资料,有助于患者的治疗。

Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristic of elders nasal bleeding for exploring the measure of prevention and treatment. Methods:59 patients with elders nasal bleeding in our hospital during 1998.1～2004.6 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Elders nasal bleeding took place mostly in autumn and winter and improper diet is a predisposing cause. Elders nasal bleeding patients usually have other systemic or local diseases, like hypertension and (or) allergic rhinitis and so on. 45.76% patients simultaneously complicating two or more other diseases. The therapy for stopping nose bleeding mainly is packing. Conclusion:Treating elders nasal bleeding patients often existed ever bigger difficulties and risks for the patients combined many kinds of other diseases. Detailed analysis the patients' clinical data will be helpful for their treatment.
