摘要
根据第十三届国际普兰西会议获得的信息，对国际上难熔金属、硬质合金、硬质材料和涂层技术等方面近几年来的研究和发展动态进行了综合评述。最后，提出了几点自己的看法。
Basing on the publications and the information from 13th Plansee Seminar, a survey on global modern R and D in refractory metals (RM) and hard materials(HM) was presented. The general introduction in bilef of the Seminar was submitted at first. and then, the recent developments in RM.HM and coating techniques were reviewed. Some problems were discussed.
