摘要
研究了用超细碳化硼粉热压微晶碳化硼材料的工艺,对其晶粒度、孔隙度、抗弯强度、断口形貌及摩擦系数进行了分析研究。得出抗弯强度与晶粒度的关系式:σ=387.6+182.3d-1/2并测定了碳化硼材料摩擦系数:K=0.093。
Study is made of hot pressing of micro--crys talline boron carbide from ultra--fine boron carbide. The grain size, porosity, transverse s trength, fracture morphology and I notion factor of the ma tenalis also investigated. The relationship between transverse strength andgrain size is expressed' as follows: a ̄387. 6+ 182. 3 1The friction factor of boron carbide is determined as: K ̄0. 093.
