摘要
由白钨矿用酸溶法制得钨酸铵,pH1.8时用活性炭吸附,强碱条件解析,调pH1左右钨酸沉淀,再用热乙二醇溶解,酸条件下钨酸重新沉淀。通过这一系列过程将钨酸纯化,然后高温灼烧即得高纯三氧化钨。通过扫描电镜、ICP、光度分析测定,三氧化钨可达99.9%。该方法与离子交换法、萃取法比较具有操作简单、后处理容易、效率提高的优点。
Ammonium tungstate is made from scheelite by acid dissolution. Then ammonium tungstate is obsorbed by activated carbon at pH 1 .8 and absolved at strong base. Tungstic acid is precipitated at pH1.Tungstic acid is then dissolved in hot ethandiol and it is reprecipitated under HC1 condition. The purified precipitate burns at elevated temperature and high pure tungsten trioxide can be obtained. Tungsten trioxide is 99. 9% (by scanning electron microscopy, ICP, photometric analysis).This method has the advantages of simple operation, easy post treatment and improved efficiency over the ion exchange or solvent extraction method.
