摘要
本文提出了一种通用的精馏塔动态仿真软件,系统地综合了物料平衡、能量平衡、塔板水力学、塔板效率、再沸器动态特性以及控制系统的调节作用,可以自动识别与计算液液分层现象。通过它在某丙烯腈萃取精馏塔控制系统改进中的应用,证实了这种通用化精馏塔动态仿真软件的可靠性。
In this paper,a generalized dynamic simulation package for disillation columns is pro-posed,in which the mass and heat transfer,tray efficiency,tray hydraulics,reboiler's dynamics and regularfunctions of PID controllers are taken into account simultaneously. It is very efficient for dynamic simulation of highly nonideal distillation columns with phase pattern changes.After its validity is checked with real plant data,then this package is applied to the improvement of the control system for an acrylonitrile extractive distillation column. Its efficiency is thus proved.
