摘要
目的:探讨呼吸机通气的新观念在新生儿呼吸衰竭中的应用价值。方法:用熊牌750-PSV呼吸机采用低通气和“允许性高碳酸血症”通气方法,治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭9例。结果:PaCO2平均值由73.5mmHg降至51.7mmHg,PH值由7.098升至7.286,有效率66.7%。1例因全身炎症反应综合征不能控制而恶化,1例病反复,1例突然恶化。结论:新的通气方式治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭有效,安全,值得倡导。
Objective To explore the value of new conception of mechanical ventilation in treating neonatal respiratory failure. Methods We treated 9 neonates who suffered respiratory failure with Bear 750-PSV ventilator in which we used the new method of low volume and permissive hypercapnia ventilation. Results Mean value of PCO2 dropped from 73.5mmHg to 51.7mmHg while the value of PH rose from 7.098 to 7.286 and the efficiency rate was 66.7%. Among the 9 cases 1 case got worse because systemic inflammatory syndrome(SRIS) could not be controlled; one case relapsed and one case got worse suddenly. Conclusion To treat neonatal respiratory failure with the new way of mechanical ventilation is effective and safe and is worth of advocating.
