翼状胬肉逆行切除联合应用丝裂霉素C的疗效观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of retrograde resection of pterygium in combination with application of mitomycin C

目的:探讨逆行切除翼状胬肉联合丝裂霉素C在降低翼状胬肉术后复发率的作用。方法:在翼状胬肉自然张力及解剖状态下,逆行切除翼状胬肉后,用丝裂霉素C棉片贴敷,最后将残留的球结膜缝合于浅层巩膜上。结果:术后观察一年,手术79眼,有5眼复发,复发率为6.3%,结论:逆行切除翼状胬肉联合应用丝裂霉素C能有效的降低翼状胬肉术后复发率,手术野清晰、出血少、切除干净、彻底。

Objective To explore the effect of retrograde resection of pterygium in combination with application of mitomycin C in lowering the postoperative recurrence rate of pterygium. Methods Resect retrograde pterygium in natural tension and anotomic state ,then apply mitomicin C cotton piece to the lesion and at last, sew up the remaing bulbar conjunctiva to the superficial sciera. Results Of 74 cases ,there are 5 cases of recurrence ,that is ,the recurrence rate is 6.3% .Conclusion Retrograde resection of pterygium in combination with application of mitomycin C can effectively reduce the postoperative recurrence of pterugium ,with clearer operation field ,less bleeding and thorough complete resection.
