外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折32例报告

The results of external fixation combined with internal fixation in the treatment of tibial and fibula complicated fracture

目的:探讨一种治疗胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的方法的可行性及有效性。方法:自1998～2003年,对32例胫腓骨粉碎性骨折行多功能单臂外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗。结果:获得随访31例,骨折愈合率达100%,临床平均愈合时间为24周。结论:外固定支架结合有限内固定是一种切实可行而有效的适宜于胫腓骨粉碎性骨折的治疗方法。既能起到坚强的固定作用,避免进一步损伤骨折周围的血供,又能早期进行肢体功能的锻炼。

Objective To explore the feasibility and effect of the treatment of the tibial and fibula complicated fractures. Methods From 1998 to 2003,32 cases with the tibial and fibula complicated fractures were treated by the external fixator combined with simple internal fixations. Results Follow-up was taken in 31 cases.The healing rate of the fracture was 100% in this group.The average healing time was 6 months for the fractures of the tibial(31 cases). Conclusion The external fixation combined with simple internal fixations was effective in the treatment of the tibial and fibula complexed fracture.The aggressive impairment of blood supply around the fracture can be avoided and good stability can be obtained,which could promote bone healing and allow early functional exercise of the involved parts.
