摘要
目的:探讨COULTER-ACT.DIFF2血细胞计数仪的重复性。方法:采用COULTER4c@pluscellcontrol批号075900质控血清作标本。结果:精密度、重复性、携带污染率均在较优秀的范围内。结论:COULTER-ACT.DIFF2血细胞计数仪重复性好。
Objective To probe into the COULTER -ACT .DIFF 2 blood cell counting instrument's repetition.Methods To apply COUTER 4C @ plus cell control whose batch number is 075900 quality-control serum as speciman.Results Repetition of taking the contaminative rate was excellent .Conclusion BCCI of Coulter Act-Diff2 showed a higher repetition.
