本文决策者在承担工程任务时,提出了基于网络计划图中最低成本日程的决策分析,讨论了对于网络计划图中各工序均具非增线性型的时间—费用关系,压缩工程任务周期而使工程费用不变或减少的条件,以及在该条件下完成工程任务的最低成本日程,它为决策者在承担工程任务和组织实施工程计划时进行决策和分析提供了有效的支持。

This paper proposes a decision-making and analysis based on the minimum cost routing in network program graph for decision -maker undertaking project mission, and gives the condition of decreasing the project mission duration and keeping the project cost unchanged or reduced for all procedures whose direct cost is a nonincreasing linear relationship between time and cost in the network program graph,and the minimum cost routing of accomplishing the prosect mission.It supplies an effective support for decision-maker in the decision-making and analysis of undtertaking project mission and organizing the execution of it.
