卵巢环状小管性索瘤1例报告并文献复习

One Case of Ovarian Sex Cord Tumor with Annular Tubules and Literature Review

目的 :探讨卵巢环状小管性索瘤 (SCTAT)的临床病理特点。方法 :结合 1例 SCTAT资料及文献进行分析。结果 :此例为 SCTAT的常见类型 ,病理特征较典型。结论 :SCTAT很罕见 ,以手术治疗为主 ,临床易误诊 ,注意鉴别诊断。

Objective:To study the clinical and pathological characteristics of ovarian sex cord tumor with annular tubules(SCTAT).Methods:Data of this case were analyzedand the related literature was reviewed.Results:This patient's tumor belonged to the common type of SCTAT, and it had the classic pathologic characteristics.Conclusions:SCTAT was a rare disease and the main therapy depended on surgical treatment.Differential diagnosis should bepaid much attention to due to its easily misdiagnosis.
