摘要
本文对我国城市道路交通进行系统分析的基础上,提出用科学管理的方法和手段,以提高城市干道车速为突破口,缓解城市交通拥挤和堵塞,治理交通公害。为此,需要一系列的配套措施和设计电子计算机交通管理应用系统,文中着重讨论系统控制的数学模型,以及系统设计的方法和内容。
On basis of system analysis for the traffic of Chinese cities, this paper emphasizes modern methods and instruments in scientific management should be used to reduce traffic accidents and Congestion, and to prevent a city from traffic calamities. The author thinks the breack-through point of improving traffic is to increase much in speed of vehicles on highways. Therefore, it is required to de sign a computer application system in ttaffic management. Furthermore, in this paper, mathematical models of system control are investigated,methods and contents of sysstem design are discussed.
