社会营养经济监测的线性规划算法

摘要 本文以营养合理性、经济可行性为原则,以系统工程方法研究食物市场满足人群营养的能力,优化食物开支和食物结构;建立了数学模型并编制了实现此过程的计算机程序;以天津1989——1990年的食物市场供应、价格等有关数据验证了数学模型的应用;用本文建立的方法可得出用于营养监测和人群营养素摄入水平的估测指标与最优食物结构的模式,并提出营养指导的具体意见。 According to the principles of the rationality of nutrology and the feasibility of economics, On the basic of the method of the system engineering, This paper studied the ability that the food market satisfies the group nutrition, the least food expenses and the best food consumption pattern. The mathmatical model is established and the computer programme which realizes the process of the computting the model, is worked out. By the data of sianjin food market in 1989-1990, the model's application is discussed and a group indexes of the nutritional surveillance is found out, one's of estimating the level of the group nutritives intaking and raise the concrete method of the nutritional guidance.
