基于集对分析的方案评价决策矩阵与应用

An Applications of the Scheme-appraisal Decision Matrix Based on Set Pair Analysis

集对分析是旨在对系统作同异反定量分析研究的一种系统分析方法,已在多方面得到应用。本文把集对分析方法用于方案评价决策工作研究,在阐述了如何把方案评价决策工作中的“赞成,弃权,反对”转换成集对分析中的同异反概念后,建立了基于集对分析的方案评价决策矩阵(ABC矩阵),给出了相应的计算方法和决策准则,最后还借助ABC矩阵对大方案和复杂方案的反复修改与评价作了量化研究。

The set pair analysis is used for the Identical Fuzzy Contrary sides as a measure method to a system, has Applications in many respects.In this paper, the scheme-appraisal decision is discussed through set pair analysis. The paper Baild up the scheme appraise decision matrix based on set pair analysis, which turn the 'affirmative vote' 'abstain from voting''negative vote' into 'Identical Fuzzy contrary' .A calculate method is given.
