与时俱进 开拓创新 推进禁吸戒毒工作新发展——巍山县公安局努力探索劳动康复戒毒新路子

Keeping Paces with the Times, Creating and Developing the Control of Drug Use——New Way of Weishan Local Public Security Bureau on Drug Treatment by Labor Rehabilitation

四年多的禁吸戒毒工作,巍山县公安局做到了现有吸毒人员逐年减少,复吸率大幅度下降,戒断巩固率大幅度提高,禁吸戒毒工作成效显著。具体做法:1、宣传教育全面化;2、收戒吸毒人员制度化;3、帮教管理社会化;4、戒毒模式“劳动康复化”。

Some achievements have been gained in the control of drug use by Weishan Local Public Security Bureau in the past four years. Drug users are decreasing with the year. The rate of relapse has declined and abstinent maintaining rate has risen by a big margin. The achievement resulted from the following measures: advocacy and education were launched widely; drug users were taken in and treated based on strict system; education and management to the drug users are connected with the society; the treatment modal combines labor with rehabilitation.
