试析公安机关民警的计算机素质

随着计算机技术、信息技术和互联网技术的迅速发展,人类已步入了数字化的信息社会。近几年来,公安机关针对传统警务工作机制存在的种种问题,提出并实施了“科技强警”战略,警务科技有了长足进步,然而从整体看,警务工作科技含量偏低,队伍科技素质不高。措施:1 开展以计算机应用技能培训为主要内容的科技练兵活动;2 建立一个统一的培训机构。

With the rapid development of computer, intelligence and Internet technology, human beings have stepped into digital intelligence society. Public security agencies have pushed forward the strategy of strengthening the police with science to deal with problems in traditional policing and made great progress in the policing science and technology. But the policing is still not involved in much science and technology. Moreover, quality of staff are low. Measures are as followed to improve the condition: launching activities centered on the training of computer application; establishing a unified training institute.
