摘要
板缝防水问题一直是困扰工程的难题,为此,在材料性能试验、板缝变形观测、模型理论分析和工程修补验证的研究基础上,针对某试验建筑的钢结构外挂板式建筑结构体系的板缝防水机理进行了理论分析,提出了该建筑体系板缝开裂模式.在结合工程实际破坏和材料技术性能试验的基础上,根据钢EPS混凝土复合板的结构特性,提出钢EPS混凝土复合板式建筑结构体系板缝的开裂失效机理、板缝防水的构造原理、材料性能及施工技术要求.论述了树脂型弹性砂浆、彩色弹性聚氨酯防水涂料的防水效能.
The slot waterproof is a difficult problem of the project. The slot waterproof mechanism of outer hang slab system of the test building was analyzed theoretically according to the test of materials properties, slot strain observation, model analyses and engineering repair validate. The cracking model of this construction system was summarized and brought forward. The slot waterproof invalidation mechanism, the slab waterproof structure, materials properties and the demands of repair construction were suggested based on the study of the practical construction damages and the tests of materials properties.The efficiency of resin elastic mortar, color TPU dope was discussed.
