摘要
本文报道了利用菌种自然选育、定向筛选和小罐发酵等试验研究方法,总结出了利用费氏丙酸菌进行厌氧培养生物合成维生素B12的发酵工艺,使发酵单位有了很大提高,这对利用厌氧菌生产维生素B12具有一定的指导意义。
The strain improvement ,directed screening and fermentation experiments in a little fermentor were studied , An anaerobic fermentation technology was obtained,which made the fermentation unit heightened significantly.This paper was instructive to the companies that produced Vitamin B_~12 using propionibacterium freudenreichii.
