用乙二胺和三乙醇胺联合掩蔽,用1%淀粉稀释,用钙黄绿素作指示剂,用EDTA作滴定剂可克服其它微量元素的干扰,克服钙离子与磷酸根离子的共沉淀,提高测定结果的准确度。
The accurate degree of measuring the contents of Ca and P in the bone powder of pigs was improved by many means, such as using ethyl diamine and triethanolamine to mask unitedly, using one percent of amylum to dilute the sample solution, using calcein as the directive agent, using EDTA as the titrant to overcome the interference of other microelements and the coprecipitation of Ca+ and PO_4~3+ .
