The Method Finding Zero Closed Circuit and Relation of the Circuit and Multi-Optimal Solution

本文是文献［１］的续篇。它进一步讨论了多重最优分派解的特点，首先提出了分派树的概念，并给出了分派树的具体画法，在此基础上给出了求全部多重最优解的算法——分派树算法，从而解决了求多重最优解带来的困难。

This paper is the continuation in [1], which discusses the characteristica of multi-optimal assignment solution. First, the concept of the assignment tree is presented,and the method of drawing assiginment tree is given. On this basis, the paper presents the algorithm finding multi- optimal solution---assignment tree algorithm, which solves the difficult problem in finding multioptimal solution.
