江汉油区管线防腐实践与玻璃钢管线改进认识

Practice of pipeline anticorrosion in Jianghan Oil Region and understanding on improvement of glass steel pipeline

江汉油区已进入油田中后期开发阶段,综合含水率逐年上升,管线腐蚀和结垢严重。针对江汉油区管线腐蚀机理,并借鉴以往所采用的防腐技术和经验,提出采用玻璃钢管线防腐技术改进的认识。

Jianghan Oil Region has been in the middle and later stages of oil field development. Its comprehensive water cut has risen year by year,and the pipeline corrosion action and scale buildup are serious. Aiming at some mechanisms of pipeline corrosion action in Jianghan Oil Region,and using the anticorrosion technologies and experiences before for reference,this paper has suggested some understanding on the improvement of anticorrosion technology through using glass steel pipeline.
